Founded in 2017 in Riyadh, in the heart of Saudi Arabia, the factory has built a solid reputation for manufacturing metal and plastic paint cans, pails and their accessories. It extends the success and growth of the group's business and relies on its modern capabilities and technology to meet customers' needs and expectations for paint packaging.
Metal pail line (16, 18 and 20 L): 8 machines — cutting, welding, beading, seaming, ear fitting, bottom press, lid press and production conveyor.
Plastic injection line (buckets from 1 to 20 L): 4 injection machines from 280 to 600 tons — two for buckets (36,000 buckets a month each) and two for lids (50,000 lids a month each) — with a total capacity of up to 90,000 units a month.
Steel wire line: two automatic machines (riveted and east-west) producing 36,000 wire handles a day.
Containers are loaded on wooden pallets, wrapped in 30-micron clear stretch film to protect them from the weather and secured with plastic perimeter strapping, then loaded by forklift and shipped safely to customers in all regions of Saudi Arabia.
